Welcome to Town of Kaukauna
Outagamie County, Wisconsin
Outagamie County, Wisconsin
The Town of Kaukauna is complete with a Town Board, Planning Commission, Board of Appeals, and Historical Society.
The Town of Kaukauna is also very fortunate to have a Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services.
The Town was hit quiet hard with downed power lines and poles. It appears to be mostly from Hwy JJ north to Hwy S. Kaukauna Utilities is working diligently to get the power restored. It is anticipated that power could be out for a few days.
The Town Hall has power again. Stop in until 7pm today (April 4) to stay warm and charge devices.
As we get more information, it will be posted here.
If you have any questions or needs, please contact Debbie Vanderheiden at 920-419-2214

GARBAGE / RECYCLING REMINDERS
We have been getting complaints from DEYO DISPOSAL that residents are putting brush, grass clippings, ashes, construction material ect. into the garbage carts. They allow ONLY house hold waste. It is also required that all garbage be bagged as garbage flies out of the truck when loose.
Recycling: Plastic bags are NOT recyclable. Please do not put any loose plastic or plastic bags in recycling. Also DO NOT bag your recycling material. They are also requesting that you wash out any food containers that you recycle. Think of the workers on the line that have to sort the recycling. If you have any questions you can visit the County website at: www.recyclemoreoutagamie.org or pick up a Guide at the office.
